Please note GenderWork has two types of meetings, "open" and "closed". The first Sunday of the month is a "closed" meeting, meaning only FTM-identified/questioning folks may participate. The third Sunday of the month is an "open" meeting, meaning friends, partners, and allies may attend as well!  

Spring 2010 Schedule:

4/4/10, "closed": Documentation questions/concerns. Discuss how to change your name, gender marker, etc.

4/18/10, "open": Open topic night.

5/2/10, "closed": Developing social skills....learn how to step outside your comfort zone and work to make friends, develop connections, date, etc.

5/16/10, "open": Open topic night.

6/6/10, "closed": Continuing the topic of socialization--- how to, fears, successes, failures... why does something that seems so easy end up being so difficult?  With this being Pride month-- it's a good time to discuss how to get out there and feel more connected.

6/20/10, "open": CANCELLED DUE TO FATHER'S DAY

Summer 2010 Schedule:

7/4/10, "closed": CANCELLED DUE TO HOLIDAY

7/18/10, "open": Open session. Come socialize and talk about whatever you like.
